A meeting was held at one o'clock in the afternoon today, Sunday, 01/21/2024 AD.  In the meeting hall of the College of Science for the Preliminary Stage Committee, headed by Prof. Dr. Fawzi Wahida, Coordinator of the Preliminary Stage for Medical Sciences, and Prof. Osama Hilal, Coordinator of the Preliminary Stage for Applied Sciences, and in the presence of subject coordinators, where the meeting discussed a number of items within the framework of preparations for the midterm exams - the midterm exam assemblies.  - Dates for withdrawing exam questions.  - Electronic correction - a set of instructions that must be adhered to during exam periods. The coordinators were also informed of the procedures that were taken by the study and exams coordinator, Eng.  Muhammad Hamouda, for arranging the general schedule and sectors, distributing invigilators, and providing stationery for exams. Due to the circumstances of Mr. Prof. Dr. Ramadan Al-Jadi, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the Preliminary Stage, and a previous association with the Ministry, he joined the meeting late, where a summary was presented to him of what was discussed in the meeting, and he in turn stressed adherence to the notes and instructions.  Providing the appropriate climate for the success of midterm exams.
