The conclusion of the activities of the International Scientific Forum at the College of Veterinary Medicine
Today, Wednesday, the activities of the International Scientific Forum at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli, were concluded. The day was full of many valuable lectures, as well as a number of round tables. The discussion was purposeful and the outputs were excellent. The beginning was as follows:
A round table chaired by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al Deghis and Dr. Abdulhadi Al-Warfalli on "The Importance of Biosecurity Applications in Controlling Animal Diseases", and the following were presented and discussed:
- Mr. Dr. Omri Abu Arqoub from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli, and the lecture was entitled "Biosecurity Applications"
- Mr. Dr. Muhammad Omar Ahmed from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli, and the lecture was entitled "Is the antibiotic Colistin necessary for animal health?"
- A round table chaired by Prof. Dr. Abdul Latif Al-Asheq and Dr. Ahmed Al-Sheh on "The Importance of Biosecurity Applications in Controlling Poultry Diseases" and the following were presented and discussed:
- Dr. Imad bin Al-Ashhar from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli, and the lecture was entitled "The Importance of Biosecurity in Controlling Poultry Diseases"
- Mr. Dr. Abdul Latif Al-Asheq from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli, and the lecture was entitled “The Status of Viral Respiratory Diseases in Poultry.”
- A round table chaired by Dr. Osama Al-Waer and Dr. Abdul Rahman Ajbil, during which the topic of "Veterinary Laws and Regulations" was discussed.
- A round table chaired by Prof. Dr. Omri Abu Arqoub and Dr. Zakaria Al-Khattal and Dr. Bahij Ammar, in which important topics were discussed, including "bee diseases - fish diseases - wild animal diseases" and the focus and discussion was on the axis of bee diseases…
The international scientific forum, which lasted for two days, was successful by all standards, and with this I extend my sincere thanks to the scientific committee that is present and supervising this forum … and many thanks and gratitude to the National Center for Animal Health for the support and participation in the success of the forum …
